I've seen people posting the VIN Numbers on here and asking others to disclose the info. You could try doing the same.  Good luck.

 chyantey, i don't think you'll get carfax report from anyone here. if you have determined to buy a car, don't hesitate to spend 35 dollars to buy autocheck's vin check package. it's for one month and you can check unlimited vin numbers. it's similar to carfax but carfax is way expensive since it allows only 5 vin checks (if I'm right). and don't rely on the vin check reports only, once you have talked to the owner, did vin check, show it to a mechanic to make sure that everything is working fine. go to autocheck.com to buy their vin check package.
