I apologize on my part for not putting my words across eloquently. My comment was supposed to be an aside from the original question or the main topic - that is, the morality issue.  You're absolutely right, cheating is cheating and what they do is wrong, too. I meant to find the rationale in labelling them as thugs/cheating scumbags yada yada by Nepali 'victims' who'd otherwise fail to land a job that paid 12 bucks an hour.  So again, yeah, bulking up the resumes, faking it, tweaking with it or doing whatever is absolutely wrong and I condone it too but the recruits playing the victim card aren't right either.
