First of all find college for enrollment You need current Pay stub I mean if you are going to apply this month i.e oct 20 than u need up to september pay stu   your H1 approvoal document

Form I-539 (fee) personal check or money order payable to DHS Original I-20 issued by University Form I-94 copy or original (please also include I-797A, Notice of Action) I-134 form with your sponsor’s bank statement or letter SEVIS fee  receipt Personal statement explaining why you would like to change the status Copy of passport and visa pay stub may required but it depends on DHS officer (in my case they didn't ask) good luck.
