Remember Pankaj Joshi - The guy who took lottery money?
Do you all remember Pankaj Joshi - The guy who stole winning lottery ticket from an elderly man and claimed the prize then ran away from US to Nepal? There is a notice for him in Nepalase news paper asking him to contact minsitry of finance. Will he going to contact ministry of finance? Will this notice help in any way to track him down?
