your licence, passport, SSN (or letter from SS office), and some other cards with ur name (bank, school, library, insurance, shopping mall) You need to show 6 points. passport: 3 points each card: 1 points. Check local dmv for more info.

u will defenitely need a proof of address. a bank statement, utility bill or anything similar should be good.
