I am in US right now and i have been out of status for more than five months and i haven't gone to college for five months. I have applied Australia for student visa from US. Now, I am waiting for the response from Ausralian Embassy.   Do people from Aus embassy check my student status and reject t the visa? I am also worried about IRS guys here, who might catch me and deport me. So, what is the best solution for me to do right now? Please, give the best suggestion.
