सेप्टेम्बर १७ एन आर एन ए साधारण सभामा विस्फोटन हुने: ए एन ए र एन आर एन का कुहिएका आलूहरू फ्याकिने |   अहिले संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिकाका गैर आवासीय नेपालीहरू नेपाली संघ संस्थामा देखिएका अस्वास्थ्य राजनीति र अनैतिक क्रियाकलापहरूलाई चाख पूर्वक हेरीरहेका छन | अमेरिकामा नेपालीहरूको जनसंख्या दिन दुई गुना रात चार गुना बढेर दुई लाख भन्दा बढ़ी भएपछि नेपाली संघ संस्थाहरू टोलै पिच्छे खुलिरहेका छन | ती सामजिक संघ संस्थाहरूमा नाताबाद, कृपाबाद , परिवारबाद आदि बादहरू हावी भएपछि संघ संस्थाहरू नाम र पधाधिकारीहरूमा मात्रै सिमित हुँदै गई रहेका छन | ती संघ संस्थाहरू त्यस्ता जुका प्रबित्तिका पधाधिकारीहरूका कारण न त उल्लेखनीय सामाजिक काम गर्न सकिरहेका छन न त योग्य ब्याक्तिलाई उल्लेखनीय काम गर्न दिइरहेका छन | त्यसको ज्वलंत उदाहरण २९ बर्षमा करीब २०० पारिवारिक सदस्यहरूमा सिमित अमेरिका कै सबभन्दा ठुलो संस्था ए एन ए हो | यी सब कारणले बढ्दो नेपालीहरूको जनसंख्यालाई नेपाल र नेपालीका बिकासका लागि संगठित गर्ने उद्देश्यले गैर आवासीय नेपाली संघ (एन आर एन ए ) को जन्म भयो | स्थानीय संघ संस्थाहरूमा देखिएका विकृतिले दिक्क भएका तर नेपाल र नेपालीहरूका लागि केहि गर्ने भावना भएकाहरू एन आर एन ए मा आकर्षित भए | तर नेपालीहरूको दुर्भाग्य , यस्तो पवित्र कामको लागि स्थापना भएको संस्थामा केहि पद भोगी नैतिकहिन राजनैतिक खेलाडीहरूको प्रबेस भएरै छाड्यो | यो कसैबात लुकेको छैन कि हालको एन आर एन ए कार्यकारी समितिको चयन कसरी भयो भनेर | सबभन्दा विवादित भएको वरिष्ठ उपाध्क्ष पदमा प्रहलाद के सीको आगमन एन आर एन ए का लागि दुर्भाग्य हुन पुग्यो | स्मरण रहोस प्रहलाद के सी तिनै ब्याक्ति हुन जसले ए एन ए लाई एन आर एन ए बिरुद्ध उकासेर दुई संस्थाहरू बिच सत्रुताको बिऊ रोपेका थिए | जब उनको असक्षमता र अनिएमितताका कारण ए एन ए बोस्टन कन्भेन्सनमा नउस्किने गरी डूब्यो, उनी पछाड़ीको बाटो हुँदै त्यही एन आर एन ए मा बलजबस्ती घुसे र लाजै पचायर अनैतिक तरीकाले वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष पद ह्त्याए | बादरले आफ्नो घर पनि बनाऊदैन अरूको पनि बन्न दिदैन भने झै पद र कुर्सीको भोगी तर काममा सिनको पनि नाभाच्नेहरूको मसीहा बन्दै एन आर एन ए र ए एन ए दुबई संस्था भाड्न तिर क्रियाशील भए | अहिले प्रहलाद के सी र उनलाई प्रत्यक्ष अप्रत्यक्ष रूपमा सघाई रहेका ए एन ए र एन आर एन ए का केहि ठूला बड़ाहरू अप्रजातांत्रिक , अनैतिक , सामन्तीहरूको पर्यायवाची बनेका छन | प्रहलाद के सीले ए एन ए मा गरेका अनियमितताहरू , किर्ते कामहरू एक पछि अर्को बाहिर आईरहदाँ पनि ए एन ए र एन आर एन का विद्वान डासाबहरू उनलाई काँधमा बोकर निर्लज्ज ढंगले रथ यात्रा गरिरहेका छन | ए एन ए को बार्षिक सम्मलेन र साधारण सभामा साधारण सदस्यहरूबाट बहिस्कृत हुने डरले प्रहलाद के सी र उनलाई काँध हालने डासाबहरु सम्मलेनबाट भागे | सेप्टेम्बर १७ न्यूयोर्कमा हुने एन आर एन ए को साधारण सभामा त विस्फोट हुने संकेत देखा परेको छ | सामाजिक संस्थामा पद र कुर्सीका लागि "शु" गर्दै हिड़नेहरूलाई छि : छि: दूर : दूर : गर्दा पनि निर्लज्ज ढंगले एन आर एन ए मा समेत नांगो टाण्डव नृत्य गरिरहेका संस्थालाई भाड़ने भडूवाहरूलाई गैर आवसीय नेपालीहरूले सेप्टेम्बर १७ न्यूयोर्कमा बढाल्ने छ र ती सबलाई अमेरिका र क्यानाडाका गैर आवसीय नेपालीहरूले जहाँ भेट्ताए पनि लखेटने छन | सुल्सुलेलाई प्राप्त जानकारी अनुसार ए एन ए का संस्थापक र तिनका ओसेपोसेहरूले ए एन ए को मृत शरीरमा बर्षौ देखि राज जमाएका थिए भने तिनै भडुवाहरूको जमातले NRNNCC लाई दर्ता नै नगराईकन चलाईरहेकाछन | यो कुरा सार्वजानिक हुदैं गर्दा सेप्टेम्बर १७ न्यूयोर्कमा हुने एन आर एन ए को साधारण सभामा सदस्यहरू  विस्फोट हुने र गैर आवसीय नेपालीहरूको ठुलो जमातले ती ए एन ए र एन आर एन ए को नाउमा हालीमुहाली गर्ने कुहिएका आलूहरूलाई बोरामा कोचेर हडसन रिभरमा फ्याकने ब्यापक तैयारी भैरहेको जानकारी पनि प्राप्त भएको छ | प्रहलाद के सी ले ए एन ए बोस्टन कन्भेन्सनमा गरेका अनियमितता र किर्ते काम हरू को थप प्रमाणहरू ( Attached PDF फाइल पनि हेर्नु होला | प्रहलाद के सी ले ए एन ए को प्रेसिडेंट भनेर होटलसंग किर्ते गरेका थिए र ए एन ए लाई $८५,०००  मा डुबाए | आफू पनि डूबने देखे पछि किर्ते प्रेसिडेंट मेटन खोजेका थिए | अदालतमा होटलको ओरिजिनल पेश हुने छ | )

Dear ANA and Nepali Community Members,   We, the concerned members of ANA, due to numerous requests and investigations have come to find out the following facts about Pralhad KC of Boston’s role in ANA. We are presenting information here for you to decide on your own. We will look into all the questionable practices with information provided by you. Series on Pralhad KC of Boston’s role with ANA and other community organizations 1.       Hotel Dealing and Aftermath of 2010 Boston Convention-  TODAY 2.       Election to NRNA- USA Senior Vice President as ANA candidate-  NEXT 3.       ANA and Community involvement in Boston since 1990s- After NEXT (thank you Boston community, please keep sending more information) 4.       Political dealings and Gorkha Dakshin Bahu in Nepal 5.       Compiled FACTS on all anti- community activities of Pralhad K.C. KNOWN FACTS: 1.       PRAHLAD KC signed the contract with the Boston Plaza Hotel for the Boston Convention in 2010.  He signed as “President” of Association of Nepalis   in the Americas. He was not the president of ANA. The hotel signer was Katlyn Sergie, a sales executive who was no longer with the hotel when the convention was held in July 2010.   2.       There were various irregularities in dealing with the hotel leading to massive payment that was nearly cumulative of all the other expenses of the convention. Hotel bill was nearly equal to all other bills combined. There was a reported loss of $85,000 at the 2010 Boston Convention.     3.       The 29th ANA Convention held in Washington, D.C was signed by Convener of the convention, as is the practice and tradition. Pralhad K.C. was not the Convener of the 2010 Boston Convention. The Convener of the 2010 Boston Convention strongly disagreed with this.     4.       There were no extra expenses for the hotel in 2011 ANA Convention. There were no Food and Beverage charges and no banquet held in the Washington DC Convention. The hotel bill was finalized immediately after the convention in Washington DC.     5.       The 2010 Boston Convention expenses for the hotel had Food and Beverage expenses of $20,000. The “banquet” was conducted by local Nepali restaurants and not the hotel, yet payment was made to the hotel.   6.       There is no accounting of the expenses (almost $10,000) at the Holiday Inn where several people stayed on Boston Convention account.     7.       Upon the conclusion of the convention, PRAHLAD KC sought attorney’s advice on the situation with the hotel and sought to extricate himself from the situation for nearly three months until October.   8.       On October 2010 meeting of the ANA Executive Board, PRALHAD KC wanted full authorization to deal with hotel exclusively even though he had been the signatory and the primary person dealing with the hotel  from the beginning. He had promised to decrease the hotel bill by tens of thousands of dollars if he was given the opportunity. At that time there was around $40,000 left to pay the hotel.     9.       Pralhad K.C. wanted authorization from Boston Convention Financial Commission, which was created to resolve the financial issues of Boston Convention, but ended up making the problem worse by political witch hunting. The report produced by the commission took out Pralhad KC’s role in dealing with hotel and placed blame on Utsab Gurung.     10.   Pralhad K.C failed to contact the hotel after the meeting for next three weeks resulting in the Hotel hiring outside lawyer to collect the money. The lawyer had collected personal information to go after individually.     11.   PRAHLAD KC decided to settle with the hotel. The hotel agreed with him to get the final lump sum payment of around $20,000 within 3 days. 8,000 was loaned by 3 past executives of ANA, Nepal Educational and Cultural Center returned the loan for $5000, and rest was paid from ANA account in Dallas, and six new life membership fee of $500 each, arranged by Shambhu Dhungana. Nobody else, not Pralhad KC or Kunjar Sharma or Hari Sharma Mudvari gave any money.   12.   PRALHAD KC’s hotel room accommodation was paid by Boston Convention account along with Tulashi Joshi of West Viriginia.   13.   No one else has seen the final settlement PRALHAD KC reached with hotel.   14.   The settlement document should have included many provisions to protect ANA and local organization for future hotel usages and legal issues but nothing is known about it. Pralhad K.C. was requested several times by then ANA Executive Board to submit the final settlement document with the hotel and all of his personal dealing with the hotel but he ignored and actively worked to dissolve that Executive Board.     15.   The expenses incurred by ANA for hotel has not been documented by Prahlad KC. He was the signer of the contract executed.   Very Troubling Unknowns: 1.       Why did Pralhad K.C. sign the Boston Convention hotel contract when the norms and the tradition called for Convener of the convention to sign it?   2.       Why did Prahlad K.C sign the hotel contract as president of ANA? Is that not illegal?   3.       Why did Chairman Medini Adhikari overrule Convener’s protest on the contract and Pralhad KC’s role?   4.       Who added the Food and Beverage expense on the contract?    5.       Did Pralhad KC meet sales executive Katlyn Sergie outside of hotel?   6.       If Pralhad KC met her, what capacity did he meet as and what was discussed?     7.       Why was Boston Convention account billed for Food and Beverage even though there was no banquet?   8.       Was there any kickback associated with dealings with the hotel?     9.       Why was the settlement document not submitted to ANA and GBNC Executive Boards?   10.   Who stayed at the Holiday Inn? Did Pralhad K.C. put his personal guests there?   11.   Has Pralhad KC used Boston Convention or other community expenses for IRS tax refund?     12.   Why did Pralhad K.C. not pay for his own hotel room?   13.   Did Pralhad K.C. have prior dealings with Boston Plaza Hotel?     14.   Will Pralhad KC reimburse ANA and GBNC if he benefitted from Boston Convention?   15.   How many writers has Pralhad KC paid to keep his story quiet, support him, and create diversion?   THROW THE BUMS OUT! To set an example, you need to contact the local law enforcement and take this person to the court and then get him where he belongs-JAIL.  Only then you can gain some trust and respect. If you want to get heard go to this meeting if you are in New York area. Ask questions that you have in your mind. People who are ruining ANA will be there.  Lets just not back bite in sajha. Young generations if you want to lead, don't be a chicken shit.     If you really want to do something for a Nepalese community or ANA, contact the persons who are trying to clean the 28 years of trash out of ANA. They will definitely reply you all back (in their free time) if you email them. When there is a will to serve a neplese community, there is a way too. How can you all help them? Get information about the current situation of ANA. Provide your support. When they ask for help to clean ANA everybody got scared even the people who are nominated for election. They are not doing this for their personal benefit. They are doing this so that the new fresh young generation can lead ANA and help Nepal. Don't make excuse that this is the job of so and so. and not ours. Giving advice is easy. Ask persons who are volunteering to clean the shits of ANA despite getting lots of threats from elites and politically powerful nepalese. It needs lots of dedication and courage. If you are talking about Hari Sharma from upstate NY, you just lost all the credibility. You obviously have some agenda against these people, otherwise you wouldn't be spending so much time writing this stuff and posting here. First of all, average Nepali diaspora isn't that much interested in ANA. It is a cause for us to get together on 4th of July and a subject of small chats every now and then, that's it. You are pursuing it as if it is a National crisis moment.
