No need to worry. They won't be deported, kind courtesy of Barack Hussien Obama. They need to quickly contact an immigration lawyer. There has been changes in the deportation law. New DHS rules cancel deportations "The new rules apply to those who have been apprehended and are in deportation proceedings, but have not been officially ordered out of the country by a judge." "The chief beneficiaries of the new guidance are likely to be illegal immigrant students" I wish them good luck !
