In Nepal, I really enjoyed shows Hetterika, Tyaka-tukka, and of course Hijo Aaaja ko kura. Anything with Santosh Panta and Madan Krishna & Hare Bansa was hard to go wrong. In America, I've enjoyed "70's Show," Married with Children, American's Funniest Videos, Comedy Central's "Whose line is it anyway?", Stand up comedy - Dave Chapell and all, British: Faulty Towers among others...but I can't seem to remember them. Only comedy show I watch nowadays is Big Bang Theory. I am looking forward to Two and Half Men with Ashton Kutcher this fall. I really enjoyed watching That 70's Show back when.

MAHA jodhi, Santosh Panta and all are great. But let's admit it, they are getting kind of old. We need some modern young guys who can do social commentary while understanding the dynamics of Nepalese spread out around the world. It would be great if more Nepalese did social satire/comedy. We need a Nepali Russell Peters. Every once in a while we see some real talent on sajha...but I think a lot of these guys are too shy.
