I am working for this Dhoti Consultency for the past 10 months given that my contract will be over in 2 months. I am offered a full-time position in the company that I am working for, and I am so ready to take that opportunity as I already have a green card. Now here comes the real problem. I am so confused, how to approach this situation.. Yedi sathi haru lai pani yesto probelm parya cha vane aathaba had been in this situation, please enlighten me with your experience. Can you publish the name / contact for that consultancy here in Sajha so that we all know who this fox in disguise is? Make sure that you have those threats in writing /email..(although i am not sure if they are so stupid to threaten you thru email) Unless you agreed to repay so and so upon breaking your contract within certain time frame (in writing of course) I dont think that dhoti can do anything..Make sure you read thru your contact once before you take any action..If he knew that your resume was fake and he still decided to get you to the client ( who has of course been ok with you so far) then he/ consultant is the bad guy because he lied to his client. This revelation to his clients could mean loss of business for him/dhoti.
