please some1 help me.... I havenot seen my gf in 3 years....this is my only chance..and i think i lost my passport...please..help... how to get new passport and what is procedure..how much time..how much cost ...what documents i have to submit? what if i go nepal with new passport?  i won't have visa on it? do i have to go to get new visa in nepal embassy? what about i 94? i have color copies of everything..but can't find passport....please shed some light ppl

For New Passport you need to contact Nepalese Embassy.  This is the form  http://www.nepalembassyusa.org... For New I-94 fill this form and submit to USCIS  http://www.uscis.gov/files/for... Don't worry bro...Everything will be alringt.

 just follow the application process as suggested by it guy, you'll be fine. don't get tensed, shit happens. also, keep on searching for your original passport at the meantime.

  hi guys,   i am still unable to find my passport...   i am mostly worried about visa..if i get a new passport it won't have visa stamping on it...what if i wana go back to nepal? willi have to give visa interview again? oh my god..the whole process again? and i actually got visa for higher standing colege and now i am studying in another university? do they ask for visa interview again....what if i want to file opt? they do ask for valid visa right...please also shed some light on this issue...  i dunno why is this happening to me..  even on passport I had no middle name and i had no middle name on all my certificates..i have middle name only on my nagarita...will this cause a problem trying to get new passport from dc... please pour your inputs...highly appreciated...thanx in advance @it_guy thank you very much... @ americane and janterei..thank for making me feel light i could not find much on old threads about visa...so pls pls provide me more insight into these procedure,,,thank you..

I dont think it will be too hard to get passport and 94 but after u visit nepal u have to apply for visa , give interview if they dont give u visa u r screwed up ...... Its better if u go to canada and stapm visa on new passport and go to nepal ........ Tgis is what one of my frend did when he lost his passport ....... Hope it helps . Thanks

 Dont be panic dude.I am sorry to hear that but one of my friend had had more harsh situation than your. He had lost everythig ( Actually his apt was robbed).passport,I-20, original certificates up to bachelor level , everything.but he went NEPAL and got every thing again without any trouble. So, u need not to be worried so much. if u want to talk to him email me along with your cell no I will make you touch with him, u can get some idea,
