Don’t know much but you can get license from the district office, and there are categories of guns that you can keep eg like "bharuwa banduk" i doubt you can hold sophisticated guns even if you have the money to buy, the rules were changed during the insurgency and have no idea if it is changed back, http://www.moha.gov.np/files/a...
