Yesterday was my neese Birthday. I had to send a B'day cake and some candies to her as last year. Went to muncha.com and found a nice cartoon character cake, selected and procceded for checkout, as soon as I entered my cc number an error was displayed in the browser, I refreshed it, got a message "Your order has been placed." I was like what?? Last year going through this process, It had asked me to enter what I want to write in the cake, (like Happy B;day to...), and also some personal message in a courtesy B'day card...I was like whats goin on???? I called the Customer service number, went to vm for three times and in fourth time a guy picked up the phone, and said " Akchin paknus hai", made me wait for couple of minutes and finally a lady asked me what I need, I said I need to write something in the cake that I just orderd, she said,"It's not a big deal, we will write it, what you want to write???" I was like ohh ok... This morning spoke with my uncle, he thanked me for the cake with a complain about the service. "Last year cake leidena manche le te bhirta ayera kasko b'day, kat barsa ko bhayo, bhanera friendly behaviour dekhayeko theyam aile ta bhitra aunus ani photo khisnus na bhanda, haina yahee kichnu parcha bhanera, bato mai photo kheechera lagge" Ani uncle told me last time, thamel.com bata theyo kyare aile arkai raicha ni ta.... Then I got my answer why was the change in perocess and service.... I know this post might be boring, but just to let you guys know the issue with mucha.
