 chalna ta chalcha..tara most credit card charges 3% transaction fee.. if you have capital one credit card then they don't charge the international trasaction fee.

@ nepalesenightmare : I think the transaction fee is 5%. And with regards to resurants only those Thamel / Durbarg Marg's resturant's acppet cards. I wish they took cards in those Bhatti's :D...

 Normally, the banks charge you 3% (International Transaction fee).  And Dalle_Momo, its not only restaurants in Thamel and Durbar Marg. All major shopping centers, restaurants in Jhamel area (Jhamsikhel is home of a number to classy restaurants) and other places take Credit Cards.  Last edited: 04-Jul-11 04:37 PM
