Hi guys, I am looking for some info. I will appreciate any help. I am graduating this December. However, the convocation is only in May 2012. I want to invite my parents for my graduation. So, when can I send the invitation letter? Can they apply for visa in December and come in January if visa is approved? Thanks again.

No you can only invite them before 90 days of your convocation. You really need strong document these days and your GPA too. The Embassy in Nepal sucks man. Those guys are looking each and everything these days because of our F1 friends over here in USA
