 If you are on tmobile take htc Sensation (which is best android device yet) . if you are on att take Samsung Infuse (samsung hardware is better than htc hardware) . In verizon there is Samsung Charge.  Nexus 1 0r 2 are not 4g devices. And remember if you want to use 4g network make sure you buy phone for same company becoz you cant use Htc Sensation on att network on 4g and Infuse on tmobile 4g.

MP thanks .. I will take it as an option... Bt Nexus 4gs is latest in Nexus family... lil higher than my budget.. amrikane bro: I am looking only unlocked.. that also of around $400. I need it cse I travel out of states atleast once a year..
