US Driving License in Kathmandu

I have US Driving License (Car and Motor Cycle). My Nepali Driving License expired for more than 4 years already. I am planning to Visit Nepal for a month and want to drive (when ever I can). How can I get an International Driving License in USA and is that valid in Nepal? Has any one tried any other options? Please advise.

 Go to your nearest AAA center. They will issue you an International's Driver license valid for a year for 15 bucks. All you need is 2 copies of PP pictures.  Good luck.
