t mobile sucks! worst carrier ever. rish uthera carrier nai change gardiye maile ta! try calling them early in the morning, might work.

I am with T-mobile, Dont know now, but had called them last month about 5-6 times, and had no problem. I guess i never waited more than 5 minutes. May be they are practicing to be AT&T.

Tmobile customer servie is better than ATT though. But tmobile really sucks. i am planning to leave their service this summer .
