I don't know about FortWashington, but there are few Nepalese around Norristown. I know there are few Nepalese working in this restaurant, you might wanna call and find out if they know someone who is willing to share an apt. that is closer to your work place Amans Authentic Indian Cuisine2680 Dekalb Pike, Norristown, PA 19401-1842(610) 277-5565 ‎ they seem to be good people.
