mero stituation kasto chha bhane opt ko first 12 month july bata expire hudai chha.Ma yo month bhitra nai H1-B file garne( Premium) plan ma chhu.July pachhi october samma ko cap-gap ma kam garna pau6u ki paudina?.Npaune bhaye opt extension garera ali pachhi matra H1 file garne bichar gareko chhu. sugeest garau ta brother haru.

 As long as you file your H1B before your OPT expires, you should be eligible for Cap-Gap hence your work Authorization extends till September 30.

 Thanks Purana kagaz.But I forgot to mention  that I was graduated may 15th of 2010 and my first opt for 12 month was started from July 15 ,2010 and up to july 14,2011. so, is it assumed that my garce period (60or90 days) is already consumed? I am also wondering that in case of denial of H1-b,what I am supposed to do.If you have any information,pls let me know.
