Dawa Lama, 23, arrived at a hospital on Tuesday and started the pre-birth check-in process, before dumping her newborn in a toilet near the emergency room entrance. The baby was found after staff noticed blood inside a bathroom at Elmhurst Hospital Centre in Queens, New York, and the mother had left the hospital, police said. Her newborn girl has since been moved to North Shore-Long Island Jewish Hospital (NS-LIJ) and is still in a critical condition, an NS-LIJ spokesman told MailOnline today. ‘She never told me (about the pregnancy). I didn't know,’ her mother Seri Sherpa said. ‘She said, “I'm getting fat”,' Ms Sherpa told the New York Daily News. 'I said: “Tell me the truth. Do we have to go to the hospital?”. Ms Sherpa moved to New York with her daughter from Nepal four years ago and said the baby is alive and she was going to try to see it at Elmhurst last night. Miss lama should have given her child for adoption/ There are 1000 of parents willing to adopt here in usa, even covering cost for birth . 1000 of americans travel across world adopting a new born.

She had lot of other option then throwing a baby in trash. She is not in Nepal, for god shake she could have told the social service people about it and could have things taken care of. I am suprised about the boyfriend's answer too. How in the world a person will not know if their girlfriend is pregnant or not when they are in their 8 and 9 months. Maybe he thinks everybody is stupid. His answers tells, he is much involved in this as is the girl is.

If you are married, your wife also had the same story. She was lucky to not get pregnant. If you are going to marry, your wife will be one of these. You are lucky that you won't know her past. The only difference is this girl is way past the line limit of dumbness. Women have always been fu*king but they always present themselves as a saint. And blame men for everything. I heard this news in the same day that came out.. Most of the people were saying she is bad, slut, bitch... Well It's true that she should not do that thing.. But it also looks like she is having some mental issue problems which should be addressed... We have heard this kind of news like mother killing her baby back to Nepal.. But we don't know the reason behind why they did such crime except they were convicted of crime N put in jail... they never went to psych evaluation either.. So, though she deserve the punishment for her brutality... she should also deserve psychiatric evaluation .... The question is.. how did she get such courage to came home and sleep after she gave birth to her baby n dumped in toilet of hospital?... But this is a sad news to the Neplease community...

Only possibility is 1. She is super dumb 2. She is mentally ill, suffering from bipolar disorder. 3. She is trying to be super smart though she is super dumb. But well wish the recovery of baby though, its not his fault.
