H1B for nurses
Hello all, I was wondering if anyone has got H1B visa for RN after BSN. My hospital is willing to sponsor H1B but my lawyer has not been able to figure out a way because it is bedside nursing and it does not require Bachelors for that. If anyone has gone through this path and know more on this subject, I would greatly appreciate your help. If anyone know about any good immigration lawyer on this subject in Texas area, please let me know. H1B for nurses is a difficult path but I am trying to make it work.
