H1 Transfer

 Hi Everyone I am in H1 Visa as a restaurant Manager  and Trying to change my job. I have completed MS in Accounting, took a training of Business Analyst and turned out as a Restaurant Manager due to the financial crisis and sponsorship.  Do I have to file my H1 or just Can transfer my current H1 in Accounting Field. Any opinion or experience would be highly appreciate!!

You can transfer anytime and is exempt from quota,

I am also thinking to transfer my H1 visa to F1........... I have completed Master's from US University and currently working under H1 visa but I am too much unhappy with my work, Payments and overall. Does any one have idea about the consequences of visa transfer, chances of acceptance?
