The right word is "Pakhandi" Some people use Pahkandi for Pakhe but that is not the right meaning,

Hypocrite is dhongi, one who says who believes in something but acts the exact opposite. Pakhandi is somewhat ignorant.. I might be wrong..

Hypocrite................a person who or persons who pretends to have virtues, moral or religious beliefs, principles, etc., that he or she does not actually possess, especially a person whose actions belie stated beliefs. SO the defination of hypocrite in Nepali is NETA, Political NETAS, ........ in a serious note ..its DHONGI, Kapti, Pakhandi.
