 @Americane: I know almost all the restaurants in Jackson Heights and Roosevelt ave .. But I am looking for pubs .. a really nice one to meet some Nepalese .. Thanks !

Bro , i dont think there is any special pub where nepalese people get together. all nepali restaurant has bar corner where they enjoy drinks. on weekends there is live performance in Yak and another one. you can see nepali people anytime over there !

All the nepali restaurants in Jackson Heights, Qns blvd and Woodside Irish bar at 61st and woodside Pool houses in Astoria and Woodside.

And BTW, Manhattan ko pub haru ma Nepali haru hangout gardainan? Coz Manhattan pubs are far better than thouse in queens. THanks

If you are coming to nyc, and you are looking for Bar and Pub only? Bro, there are many place to visits in NYC during day apart from popular tourists spots. If you want to good bar and pubs, I would say Hooboken, NJ would aslo be good idea, one train stops from Manhattans-there are many good bars and pubs.  Rent a car and drive on 278/BQE to get 360 view of NYC. If you want to go to beach, Coney Island is cheap and dirty beach. If you prefer better, then go to any beahes on long island area, an hour drive from NYC, you can take train too. You will enjoy Jackson hegiht also, Firoz Syangden 1974 AD performs in Himalayan Yak, if you want to enjoy it. If you want some nepali grocery, Timor to Jimbhu,  wai wai yo go to nepali grocery in woodside, jackson height. If you are looking for Nepali girls in pub for many reasons-trust me then won't give you a shit even one works as nanny in long island. If you just want to drink and wasted- then there are chances you would do very little , coz hangover would not let you enjoy next day moring:-)

 @ Kanchu: Thanks a lot for the elucidative information. But its not my first time in NYC. I have family in Brooklyn so I come there often. But the problem is I dont have Nepali friends in NYC to hang out. With family we just go to those family restaurants in Jackson heights like u said "Himalayan Yak" and others. And the frens I have in Manhattan are either asians or americans. So if I hang out with asian fren he will always take me to the asian clubs, which are awesome but I m not into asians :) and the american fren is actuallly Iris and he takes me his fav pubs in lower manhattan. So basically I do know Manhattan. And I have droven all around NYC from top to bottom, and seen seen NYC from top- bottom everywhere. And i dont think brroklyn - queens expressway take me around manhattan to see its 360 view. I know better route to see the NYC. And also FYI, NJ is not NYC. No offense but dhoties crawl in from NJ through the open sewer pipe they call Holland Tunnel and effin' flush themselves in. NJ is crap dude.  And also, I have been to most of the beaches in Long Island and have been all the way up to Mauntak.  I just wanted to know where to see Nepali girls in NYC. I mean where do all those Nepali in NY hang out. And I dont get why they wont even give a shit? NY ko Nepali keti ke khaire lai matrai takcha ki kaso? :) Thanks again  AE

AlterEgo did u read my comment well? There is no specific club and and pub for nepali people !! Its joint in same restaurant!! In manhattan there is nothing specific but u might have to try some on lexington avenue , there are lots of asian restaurant may be some pubs too !b

Ha ha ..I knew after all what you wanted secretly. Btw, dude, go to Hobooken pub better than NYC, no dhotis.  BQE does not take you  into manhattan but if you want to view NYC form outside ONLY? As for the Girls in NYC, if you are looking for single then that will be hard to mingle:-) And with this post are you soliciting S-word???  If you were a girl I would be interested too :-)

Jaikishan Ht ko 7 train muni ko nepali restaurant ma momo khaayera..same station ma Q32 bus aaucha...Q32 samatera Laguardia airport back gaye huncha,if you are flying...there is ntg to do besides that...
