Jahile pani testai thiyo ki ahile matra bhako? If you are using Windows 7 or Vista, notice that there is an individual setting for different applications that are running. Or, you can always use a speaker :D

 Yup, I used to have same problem with my Acer PC laptop.  It must be the hardware itself, or rather the sound card within.  I don't have this problem with my Macbook Pro.  Sound is clear and loud.
