I am going to renew my drivers license but the new ones have 'temporary-visitor' tag on them. Is there a particular city or county that doesnt do this or is it all Texas wide? thanks.

Do you have a SS number? If yes, renew it online. They assume you as a US citizen and no temp-visitor will be stamped.

This is not only in particular city its all around the Texas. And about online renew once I tried it but the system didn't allow me coz normally F1 students needs the enrollment paper from University in order to renew the liscence so I don't think we can renew it online.
