I got a project in good US comany showing some nakkali resume in December. When I came to work I knew there were two other company in between my Dhoti Consultancy and US company. It was of Course through a nakkali resume I got job so I could not complet my duties and finally I was thrown from the project after 2 months. When I came here I agreed to get my first pay in a month and thereafter in every 15 days. I got one payment from them. Now I am quitting them. N still they have to pay me the remaing amount. Now what they are saying me is that the two milldle ones have not got a single payment from the US company so they cant pay me the remaing amount... teti matrai vaye ta hunthyo ulta first pay pani firta magdai chan baaaaa.. kina?? vanera sodhda performance issue vanchan ... tara maile tiniharu sangai kam garchu vanda chai katti pani paisa magya thiyenan. Right Nw I dont have a penny to survive. but already got another good job. I want serious advice on how to get my money from them without spending a dollar.. cse every dollar is very crucial for me. If you have any paper works for the time you worked with them tell them you will proceed to your lawyer and take the case to court since they are denying to pay you what you deserve & asking money back for the time you worked for them . Well they don't have any rights to ask money back showing excuse of performance .

When I was in a job hunt way back, my resume looked too weak compared to others who were applying for the job. Clearly they had padded their resume like you did and when I quizzed them while we were sitting in the lobby waiting, most couldn't answer things straight. Take it as Karma doing its justice.

I do not think the us company holded the payment, that is against the law and must not be done, and the holding part is from Dhoti Company. If you lied about your resume, and they did not pay you, can I say it is t for t ( not trying to be nasty) but we learn the lesson.
