The worst part is that these guys does not give a damn care if you are on the bench. I know people who have been in the company on the bench since more than one year and they got so many consultants on bench, its not even funny.     Comment Posted By - Saas Comment Posted On - Jun 24, 2009   Hi, I completely dis agree with the above comments. i am consultant of Techno Soft since 2004 and last week i got my GC too. There will be PROS and CONS for everything. Some people like it and some people don't. By seeing the above comments i came to a conclusion that these are written by one guy. I guess he had a bad experience, but still i feel tht there might be a strong reason behind it otherwise the management wouldn't act so harsh to wards them. Every one is greedy for Money, even me too. The guy who gets early in the scheme will have a great time making money and more attention given to him but once it keeps growing, these old consultants are in the box seats as for the new consultant(students), they are working really hard to get placed and no interest is shown on them. That is what exactly is happening here. Why recruit when you do not provide the necessary tools to support the new recruit.
