Hi dear respected friends, I am here with dv, after i get visas i married , so my wife is at Nepal. After i get my greencard i apply for I-130 to uscis and after while they approved and send it to visa center .  Visa Center ask AOS fee and i pay that, i did choice of agent and they send a form of AOS , but its only about a year iam here so still i am waiting for my W-2 to fill AOS. At a same time they aso Immigrant Visa fee i pay that too and now they tell me to fill visa application. So can you guys have any idea or experience ? How long it will take again?  I heard that now for greencard holder regarding spouse , the rule is changed and it will not take longer. But i have no idea. Can u please explain. Thanks Gorkhali
