Natural or not, this kind of disaster can happen anywhere, but the level of loss, especially after the aftermath, could be minimized if there is better preparation. With all the corruption, mismanagement and chaos that Nepal is in, I feel bad for the Nepalese people. There seems to be no vision, rule of law in Nepal. How can Nepali people, as a society, survive under this kind of disaster? It's useless even to think of the Nepali political leaders. What can be done for an underdeveloped country like Nepal?
