goto UPS or Fedex office. You can do it there.

Why don't you scan and email? Or, if it has to reach via fax, why don't you email to a friend and he sends it locally to that fax number. U can even program a fax machine to print US phone number in the recipient's fax image. Just a thought because fedex will definitely charge a lot.
