san diego is huge what part do you prefer? i know people from chula vista ...to spring valley to el cajon... to la mesa. to santee..to mira mesa ..to poway ...let me know i have lived in all of these places. If you want cheap apt then el cajon is the best..but little ghetto. but its okay if u have ride. where do u work or go school let me know i can find u some apt or nepali roomates.

 Shumsher thanks a lot for ur response .. I am working for a company which is located in the innovation drive (San Diego). i am looking for safer place but reasonable may not necessarily be cheap. I can drive 15-20 miles and m looking close to some kind of college where my galfren can join MBA to maintain her status...... i m new to this place. I can always find the information from the internet but its always better when we can get any suggestion from the people who have physically been to the place. Thanks a lot for ur help.
