You can get the data from ICIMOD's website: http://geoportal.icimod.org/Do.... Note that, it's in the shp format not dwg. However, you can use any GIS software to convert shp to dwg or at least to dxf format. Try QGis if you need a free GIS software.

please ask someone from nepal to go visit Bhawan Bibhag they have autocad dwg of all kathmandu valley done some 10-12 years back. aproximately 100 plus grids with contour. i think you can buy it from them. I had the whole thing but left it back home.
