Hello friends, I am thinking of filing Asylum soon. I am in F1 status right now and after doing research i came to know that if you're in F1 status and even if your asylum is denied, you'd come back to F1 status, am i correct here ? So i think it is a win win scenario and we don't need money to apply for it, its completely FREE. So my question is:  what type of documents should i make ?  what are the process? and what type of questions they ask in interview ? If anybody has gone through this, please share you're experience. It not only benefit me but will benefit the whole nepali community. Thank you. Purana Kagaz.

One thing that I have always had question on is that is it absolutely necessary for me to move for me to file asylum... i.e., can I go to college in one state and file asylum in another state? Does anyone know anything about it?

garna milcha. tara jun state bata file garna aateko ho tes state ma baseko praman ra bank statement chahincha. Ani tyaha ki ta semester break linu parcha ki summer.
