looks like they pushed the priority date from 2A category, does that mean now GC holders have to wait longer again to process their spouse's applications. check : http://travel.state.gov/visa/b... the j anuary bulleten says 01 jan 08 where as the dec one said aug of 2010. I130 s are still getting approved in 5 months. so 5 + plus the PD so does that mean we're looking aound 3 years give and take? i am new to this so i am askking here.. not making a satement..
