A Nepali youth who is charged of killing three teenagers due to reckless driving after getting intoxicated in Houston, United States is believed to have fled the country after the accident, US media reports say. Sajan Timalsina, 25, a Nepali citizen who was in US on a student visa is charged of killing RaShaunda Raleigh, 17, Avianca Cortez, 13, and Detrihanna Davis, 13 due to reckless driving. Police have claimed he was heavily intoxicated at the time of the accident, last Friday. Organising a press conference on Wednesday Houston police said, they believed Timilsina had fled the country the same day and admitted their mistake in not arresting him the same day. Police said, they decided to release Timilsina until further investigation believing he was a safe risk. They are facing criticism from the kin of the victims for failing to assess the risk.
