Why HCC? Many Nepalese go to lonestar college in Houston. They accept anybody and have every program available unlike HCC. Tuition is couple of hundreds more at lonestar for 12 credits. Your brother can b easily relocated cause there are a lot of Nepalese liiving near the college area, and they r pretty much helpful.
