Hey guys I am curious to know about the green card processing under EB2 category. I would like to know, whether a restaurant can file Green card in EB2 category....... to a person who has Masters in Business with finance and Accounting. Would you share some realtime experience and current practice........

I don't think so.U can give a shot if you have money to spend.Any one can get lucky if officer overlook and some how approves your case.But for labor certification they need to say there are no cook here so you are bring foreign cook which is hard to prove since lot of people are there who want to work as cook.
