its has been cleared that Nepali soldiers didnt do it. there was an inspection and it concluded that the water was diluted and dirty to begin with and many Haitians also claim that the water from that river was bad for drinking to begin with.

why r u guys excited on something that is bad about nepalese?Well, that haija issue is just halla outside, haiti vitra teo kura samya bhai sakyo...Baru eauta arko bad news cha, aja eauta nepali lady police ko car ko thakkar le eauta manche ko jyan gayo re Haiti ma...i heard it was not her fault, but her car struck a man and he died....voli ko news ma aaula teo kura...
