B1 to F1

hi frens .. i am here in D.C.  in B1 visa and now planing to convert it in F1 ..  can anyone help me  with suggetions to get F1 through college with  less tution fee ..or any other way to solve this problem .. plzz help .. visa to expire on Dec. 2010         thankyou

Go to a community college near you and talk to international student advisor. They will guide you. But hurry up because it takes time to get the process done and get you an i20. You might have to show additional Documents like toefl, bank statement, etc
