Hello frens. I was caught in a gas station while working for selling beer to minor. The TABC gave me citation. When I checked it with the court after two weeks, they told me that I have warrant.  SO ANY OF YOU WHO FACED THIS KIND OF PROBLEM, PLZ  HELP ME OUT.. GIVE ME SOME IDEA WHAT i NEED TO DO? Thankx,

i dont think there will be any deportation. i have been living in texas for 5 yrs, and have seen and heard a lot of guys getting ticket, but havent seen one getting deported. its just a in and out of the jail within couple hours. and rest lawyer will take care of it. and for the lawyer fee i think around 2000, and 1000 dollar worth bail bond. i am telling you wht i have deal with my frn. he was really scared, but nothing happened.

no he dont have any right now....the case is dismissed and he is free.

its not a big deal...but make sure you be careful when you go nepal and come back....i know some people who got in trouble with this kind of situation....good luck....
