Hi Everyone, Looks like my company may have layoffs in the days to come. I am already on H1b. I have a couple of questions. 1) How long is the grace period of unemployment under H1b visa? 2) Do Desi Consultants do h1b visa transfer? Thanks in advance for your well-meaning responses.
