College transfer
If someone is now taking class in a small colege (training institute) on F1 (to mintain status)and if he got ph d in good school. How can he tranfer to new college.

Go to your small school's international office, or at least admissions office and ask for transfer. Also contact the other big college's ISO regarding your transfers there before you release your SEVIS.
