H1B help need! My H1B is going to expire Sept 20 and I am planning to apply for Change of Status. I was wondering do I have any grace period on H1B . I heard there will be 10 days of grace period after the expiration date, but not sure. Any suggestion will be great.

Fill this form immediately and send to USCIShttp://www.uscis.gov/portal/si... send supporting documents with it you can fill this from online and get receipt no instantly and mail hard copies later Let me know if you need more details and if you tell me what status you want to change i can give you some suggestions. But try to search job and get another H1B from another company if you can.

in your 6 years period if you have been out for 1 year then u can extend it for next 3 years.
