I am very sure you can get measles vaccine in every health posts in nepal for free..possibly mumps and rubella too but definitely not the rest of it...(Typhoid, yellow fever and hepatitis).

JB: If you are asking about child immunization, then you get pretty much everything. The basic ones you get it for free in the government hospitals and clinics. There are few other optional vaccines as well for which you need to pay. (http://www.nepas.org.np/PDF/Im... If you are wondering about adult immunization, i guess you need to pay for everything. I am not sure if you get the Flu shot (Influenza) vaccine in Nepal. This hasn't become a routine protocol yet! But you do get Pneumococcal (Pneumovax) vaccine and this too hasn't become a standard of care yet!!! Tetanus shot is available widely incase you need it for booster.  Just for your information the immunization coverage in Nepal is not that good and its around 70-90% . The goal should be 100%. But still you can see this is pretty much available to the average Nepali citizen. All you need is to educate people regarding the importance of basic immunization rather than teach how to  use weapons during infancy. (http://www.who.int/immunizatio.... Thank you Anil and NK. NK - the links are very useful. My concern was around the possible inavailability of these vaccinations. Costs aside, anyone should be able to obtain these basic vital preventive treatments. I wrote to Nepal Medical Association with the same set of questions and have yet to receive a reply from them. Every time I visit my doctor he said I need to have tetanus vaccine, pneumonia vaccine,  etc. I am tired of these vaccines. I had taken them when I came to the US for the first time, and again when I had to check up for the green card. How often do you have to take these vaccines? Oh yes, every year they ask you to take flu vaccine, and now swine flu vaccine. I'm sure there is no gain without pain. So if these vaccines protect you, they must be harming your body in some other way. Any ideas, knowledge to share, please!

Millions of children had been injected with these vaccines.
