Shyam Jee, You are a rich man.:) Landko price ghatdai jadai chha bhanchhan, khai ke garne ke garne. I will probably wait before buying something.. can't  buy in KTM in current prices, but how about those outside KTM? How much price are you asking for Manakamana land and Bharatpur land? Where exactly are they?
