Nepal hosted first international gay marriage [Disallowed String for - ] type="text/javascript"> document.getElementById('mine').src = "/newsmap?point=27.7028710,85.3182440&zoom=6"; Anil Giri - AHN News Correspondent Kathmandu, Kathmandu, Nepal (AHN) - Nepal hosted it's first international gay marriage on Wednesday at a ceremony held in a local Hindu temple in Kathmandu. Social worker Sanjaya Shah, 42, from UK tied nuptial knot at a temple in Teku with S Khan, 30, (name changed) from Gujarat on Tuesday under the endorsement of the Blue Diamond Society (BDS), an organization dedicated for the cause of gay and lesbian in Nepal. A Hindu priest performed all the rituals related with the Hindu marriage and solemnized the union of the gay couple. His feelings were mixed. “I don’t know whether to feel proud of this record,” said Daura suruwal-clad priest. “But I think one should take it positively.” The two men exchanged wedding rings, then guests sang and gyrated to music on the temple grounds. It was an achievement for sexual minorities in Nepal to conduct a gay marriage, and more than that, a great victory of love for two gays. Khan and Shah had long been planning to live a conjugal life in the UK, where same-sex couples are allowed to enter into “civil partnerships”. Khan was planning to bring Shah to the UK on a dependent visa but that would require a marriage certificate, which was not possible in India. The two chose to marry in Nepal as they thought that gay marriages were already legalised here (which is not true) and they believed that the certificate that they would get after the marriage would help Shah get a dependent visa. “I am excited,” said Khan as he hugged his partner Shah after the priest completed the marriage ceremony in 30 minutes. “We both hope to stay together in the UK now. We’ve tied the knot.” The marriage, though not recognized by any law in Nepal, was, however, hailed by the Blue Diamond Society (BDS), an NGO of sexual minorities led by lawmaker Pant, and the first openly gay MP in South Asia. BDS issued a marriage certificate to the gay couple for which it paid a $200 fee. “This is the first case where we have started issuing gay marriage certificates,” said Pant, who argues that after the 2007 Supreme Court ruling that directed the government to prepare law to ensure rights of the sexual minorities, gay marriage is “no longer illegal” though it has not been “recognized”. The marriage was intentionally kept secret as there were chances that the police might have intervened. The wedding, in the Pachali Temple at Teku, went ahead uninterrupted. The newlywed couple bade farewell to over 60 guests, including gays, lesbians, transgenders and some media persons who were invited. “We are going for our honeymoon to Shimla in India,” said Shah to curious bystanders. The Hindu priest who tied the knot of the Muslim man with the Hindu man had a different reading though. “Though this is a marriage for the gay couple, I have taken this as a Meeteri, a ritual to tie two men in friendship forever,” said Neupane. Anyone who is aware of the new world order NWO agenda will know 1.Rockefellers / Rothschilds create the UN 2. UN funds INGOS and NGOS in 3rd world countries like Nepal, South America, Africa 3.  They bring about revolutions in those countries by funding communists (eg Naya Nepal Ganatantra) 4. They make new provisions in the constitution which allows behavioral disorders that is harmful to society like homosexuality and secularism. 5. They manage to decrease population of that country leaving the society immoral and irreligious. ... Ill will leave you with some facts: Facts on Homosexuality / Sodomy     * Homosexuals have an average of 500 different sexual partners in their lifetime. According to a 1982 study by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), those with AIDS average 1,000 in their lifetime. Some reported as many as 20,000 such encounters, the CDC said.     * Sex with other men is not enough to satisfy their lust, however. According to a survey conducted by homosexuals themselves, 75% admit having had sex with 16- to 19-year old boys. ("Gay Report," 1979) And 20% admit having had sex with animals. ("Are Gay Rights Right?" by Roger J. Magnuson, 1990)      * Homosexuality is not genetic. If it were, it could not be altered by mere choice. (You cannot "choose" to be brunette, Chinese, or tall. But homosexuals can choose to alter their behavior. The apostle Paul writes, "... but such WERE [past tense!] some of you...") Homosexuals have been known to change ("International Journal of Psychiatry," March 1972, p. 119), which proves it's not genetic.  In 1983, near the beginning of the.AIDS epidemic, gays in San Francisco(13) who claimed to be in "monogamous relationships" were compared to those who were not. Without exception, those in monogamous relationships more frequently reported that they had engaged in biologically unhealthful activity during the past year. As examples, 4.5% of the monogamous v. 2.2% of the unpartnered had engaged in drinking urine, and 33.3% v. 19.6% claimed to practice oral-anal sex. In a sample of London gays(6) in 1987, those infected with HIV were more apt to have regular partners than those not so infected. In 1989, Italian researchers(14) investigated 127 gays attending an AIDS clinic. Twelve percent of those without steady partners v. 28% of those with steady partners were HIV . The investigators remarked that "to our surprise, male prostitutes did not seem to be at increased risk, whereas homosexuals who reported a steady partner (i.e., the same man for the previous six months) carried the highest relative risk." During 1991-92, 677 gays in England(15) were asked about "unprotected anal sex." Those who had 'regular' partners reported sex lives which were "about three times as likely to involve unprotected anal sex than partnerships described as 'casual/one-night stands."' Sex with a regular partner "was far more important than awarelless of HIV status in facilitating high-risk behaviour." A 1993 British sexual diary study(16) of 385 gays reported that men in "monogamous" relationships practiced more anal intercourse and more anal-oral sex than those without a steady partner. It concluded that "gay men in a Closed relationship... exhibit... the highest risk of HIV transmission." In 1992, a sample(17) of 2,593 gays from Tucson, AZ and Portland, OR reinforced the consistent finding that "gay men in primary relationships are significantly more likely than single men to have engaged in unprotected anal intercourse." STOP SPREADING HATRED AND PLEASE GROW UP TO SEE BEYOND YOUR WELL (KUWAKO FROG) 1.Rockefellers / Rothschilds create the UN2. UN funds INGOS and NGOS in 3rd world countries like Nepal, South America, Africa-> Do you mean to say that these organizations should stop working in the countries like Nepal? STOP SPREADING YOUR POLITICAL AGENDA. 3.  They bring about revolutions in those countries by funding communists (eg Naya Nepal Ganatantra) -> DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHERE THE MAOs got money from? However, the situation right now might have changed. But don't blame  on others for our own mistakes. 4. They make new provisions in the constitution which allows behavioral disorders that is harmful to society like homosexuality and secularism. -> ARE YOU NUTS? PLEASE SPEAK LOUD THE SAME PHRASE IN PUBLIC IF YOU CAN or PLEASE PUT THIS AS YOUR FACEBOOK STATUS. 5. They manage to decrease population of that country leaving the society immoral and irreligious. -> ARE YOU SAYING WE SHOULDN'T DECREASE OUR POPULATION? Which world are you living in? Some reported as many as 20,000 such encounters. -> DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE THE ABOVE DATA? It needs to have every new partner for every SINGLE DAY continuously for at least 54 years to make the above number? Please learn to accept others as they are and don't try to impose your TALIBANISM on others. I wonder what your opinion is about the races. The RACIST may have their own statistics and their own opinion and be xenophobic.

Ex-gay Psychologist Richard Cohen, in "Coming Out Straight: Understanding and Healing Homosexuality" (2000) argues it is caused when a male child fails to bond with his father. By having sex with men, the adult gay is trying to compensate for father-love denied in adolescence.      Cohen was gay and is now married with three children. He attributes lesbianism to a woman's reaction to being rebuffed or abused by her father. He has assisted hundreds of homosexuals, but is under constant attack for undermining the gay political agenda, (i.e. to redefine societal norms.) Strong fathers make for masculine sons and feminine daughters. They make for strong families. Weak or absent fathers create weak men, feminists, lesbians and homosexuals. Listen to two leading feminist pioneers: Gloria Steinem: "My father was living in California. He didn't ring up but I would get letters from him and saw him maybe once or twice a year." Germaine Greer: "My father had decided pretty early on that life at home was pretty unbearable...it gave my mother an opportunity to tyrannize the children and enlist their aid to disenfranchise my father completely." These dysfunctional women would have gone nowhere had they not been handpicked to destabilize society. The CIA-feminist assault on the American family mirrors the CIA assault on the family, and the Third World.

Am I supposed to believe that citizens of a country where inter-cast marriages are still frowned upon are okay with same-sex  marriages? Gajab ko Nepal.

Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth are up to four times more likely to attempt suicide than their heterosexual peers, according to the Massachusetts 2006 Youth Risk Survey. A 2009 study, "Family Rejection as a Predictor of Negative Health Outcomes" led by Dr. Caitlin Ryan and conducted as part of the Family Acceptance Project at San Francisco State University, shows that adolescence who were rejected by their families for being LGBT were 8.4 times more likely to report having attempted suicide. And for every completed suicide by a young person, it is estimated that 100 to 200 attempts are made (2003 Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance Survey).

rid bro, You are well versed in the matters of NWO.  I am impressed by the depth of your knowledge in these matters. You are absolutely right ....feminist movement is an operation to destroy the society. On the issue of homosexuality, my personal opinion is based on a libertarian principle. Individual has a freedom of choice and two individuals by consent are free to engage in any activity that does not destroy some one else's  life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.

He's controlled opposition by the way/ you can see the following picture of him flashing the devil sign so he is part of the freemason illuminati system. even though libertarianism is a better choice than being conserv/liberal..it has its shortcomings. As for your opinion of allowing homos to be homos...think again..do you think if there were a certain group of people who ate shit while living in a majority of people who hate that, do u think society should let them continue or should it be the duty of society to stop such a disgusting behaviour?... cause homos like to have sex where shit is supposed to come out  ..---- that in itself is a major psychological condition which should not be tolerated by any sane person you said --Individual has a freedom of choice and two individuals by consent are free to engage in any activity that does not destroy some one else's  life - but aren't homosexuals/gay pride parades are held to anger non-participants and majority of the population...and to leave confused children to ask there parents why they are celebrating? do you see how this virus spreads to breakdown the family/society?
