After more than 18 years of pathetic condition , Bhutanese Refugee in Jhapa and morang started their new life in different parts of the world namely USA ,Austerlia , Canada ,Netherland, Newzland and Norway, and some are still wating to go back to Bhutan.Are they doing right decision?
