I need to send bank draft ( in US dollar) to University in Pakistan from USA. From which bank i can make a bank draft?? Thank you in advanced...

If there is Nepal Rasta bank in USA then send it from that bank...that is the only bank which deals with USD. hahahhahaha but if you are in nepal and want to send USD draft to any place of world then all the banks are quite capable for sending your amount on the right place and right time as well.
